One-hour window time frame

Please allow for a one-hour window for the start of your pet's walk. As we care for multiple clients each day, we appreciate your understanding and flexibility with this timing.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This helps us better accommodate other clients. Failure to provide notice will result in the full fee being charged.
